There is of course no evidence for it! The Fund does not like people like me showing, that nuclear weapons are simply military propaganda to scare and that explosive fission to make A-Bombs work is pseudoscience invented by American and Soviet criminals in the 1940's at the request of US Presidents Roosevelt and Truman and Soviet dictator Stalin explained here. The Ploughshares Fund instead supports plenty, >30 NGOs and similar to keep the A-Bomb nuclear scare alive!
